Audwin joined RE/MAX Best Associates in 2009, specializing in investment sales.  He was the former Principal of Lydell Harvey, LLC, an investment brokerage company.  As a licensed real estate broker, security dealer and commodities broker, Audwin has several years' experience in trading, brokering, and managing the risk attached to asset valued markets (real estate, debt instruments and commodities).

With a Masters Degree in Mathematics, Audwin's specialty is finding his clients quality investment properties, and then developing the means of financing the acquisition by applying fundamentally sound, practical and creatively innovative, financially engineered methods.  Applying his expertise in options, sale/purchase contracts, assignment agreements and debt instruments to the real estate, Audwin creates a synergistically profitable asset managed portfolio. As a result, Audwin's clients are able to significantly minimize their risk while maximizing their profit potential.
